Innovative Logistics Framework : Our adaptable HUB & SPOKE model allows us to collect end-of-life Lithium-ion cells from diverse geographical locations (SPOKE) and transport them securely and efficiently to our recycling facility (HUB).

Diverse Battery Sources : We ensure a sustainable supply of used Li-ion cells, prioritizing safety, ethics, and responsibility in our procurement process. Our sources span electronics, EVs, and various other devices, primarily within India, with a readiness to explore international sourcing opportunities.
Comprehensive Battery Range : We procure the three most common types of used Lithium-ion cells which are Prismatic Cells, Cylindrical Cells and Pouch Cells.
Technological Advancements: Harnessing cutting-edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Blockchain, we continuously enhance efficiency, safety standards, and the quality and consistency of raw materials.

Efficient Testing and Sorting: Upon arrival at our facility, shipments of used Lithium-ion cells undergo rigorous testing as the initial step in our proprietary automated process. This comprehensive testing assesses cell quality, remaining charge, as well as cell chemistry and composition.

Strategic Batching: While our process remains agnostic to cell chemistry, we meticulously categorize and sort cells based on battery type. This strategic approach ensures maximum efficiency and output throughout the recycling process.

Sustainable Discharge Practices: Aligned with our Net Zero Waste, Zero Emissions initiative, we consciously discharge all remaining energy from batteries upon arrival. This energy is then utilized to power our plant, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability.

Streamlined Handling of Secondary Products: Our process guarantees meticulous separation and collection of all secondary products derived from Black Mass extraction, including Plastic, Aluminium, Steel, and Copper. These materials are meticulously sorted and prepared for their next application, exemplifying our dedication to sustainability.

Chemical Operation

Sustainable Chemical Solutions: Our proprietary Hydrometallurgical processes utilize specially synthesized chemicals engineered for indefinite reuse. Following the extraction of Rare Earth metals, these chemicals seamlessly revert to their original state, promoting sustainable resource management.

High-Grade Rare Earth Metals: The culmination of our Hydrometallurgical Process yields high-quality salts of Lithium, Cobalt, Nickel, and Manganese, primed for reintroduction into the Lithium-ion cell manufacturing supply chain.
